Overview
BLUEHAWK, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support AI, software, and data integration initiatives across the JIOC enterprise. This role leads project planning and execution, coordinates technical and operational stakeholders, tracks milestones and deliverables, manages risk, and maintains the documentation needed to keep mission-critical work aligned with operational objectives and timelines.
Responsibilities- Lead the planning and execution of complex AI and data integration projects within intelligence operational constraints.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, action-item trackers, metrics, and key performance indicators.
- Coordinate technical teams, operational users, mission partners, and leadership to maintain alignment and project momentum.
- Identify, assess, communicate, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and schedule challenges.
- Maintain accurate project requirements, decisions, designs, status reports, and outcome documentation to support accountability and knowledge transfer.
- Apply traditional, agile, or hybrid project management methods based on project and mission requirements.
- Lead kickoff meetings, working sessions, status reviews, and after-action assessments.
- Participate in JIOC intelligence planning conferences and exercises, J2 working groups, capability-development meetings, Joint and national-level intelligence coordination boards, and technical exchanges with mission partners.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Experience managing technical projects in a classified environment.
- Working knowledge of waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles, project controls, and documentation practices.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively with technical professionals, operational users, and senior leaders.
- Strong organizational discipline, attention to detail, judgment, and follow-through.
- At least 8 years of progressive project management experience, including at least 5 years managing complex technical projects in intelligence or defense environments.
- Demonstrated success leading high-profile, mission-critical projects with significant complexity.
- Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to select and apply the appropriate approach.
- Comprehensive understanding of intelligence systems, infrastructure, and operations.
- Experience mentoring project managers or establishing project management standards and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management certification such as PMP, PgMP, or SAFe.
- Experience supporting AI, data integration, software, or intelligence capability-development initiatives.
- Experience connecting project outcomes to strategic mission objectives.
