  • Operational Excellence & Material Support:
    • Material Management Support: Proactively support SMTO on-the-floor material management as needed, reporting analytics, budgets, inventory management best practices and issue resolution, and administer material requirements ensuring effective resource allocation to factories for execution as well as cost control.
    • Data Analytics: Gather, interpret, and synthesize operational data into concise briefings for SMTO management to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Compliance Governance & Regulatory Oversight.
    • Operational Planning: Translate complex compliance regulations into actionable operational plans for Integrated Technology and SMTO Material Management, providing clear guidance to internal customers and partners.
    • Risk Management: Serve as the SMTO liaison to the Process Assurance Risk and Opportunity board and the Integration Technology Enhancement Board.
    • Process Documentation: Provide guidance and support to owners of SMTO Business Process Documents to ensure standardization and audit-readiness.
    • Regulatory Interpretation: Act as the primary point of contact for interpreting and implementing corporate policies to ensure SMTO adherence to DFARS 252.242-7004, FAR 52.245-1, NASA FAR Supplement, and AS9100.
