Within just a couple of years, our team grew up more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2025 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.
We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager ADM with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging outsourced projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project lifecycle from planning to execution, including scope, budget, and schedule
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately
- Act as a point of communication between stakeholders, team members, and upper management
- Allocate resources and assign tasks to the project team based on project requirements
- Conduct regular meetings to update progress, address issues, and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Ensure high standards of quality in project deliverables, meeting both customer and business expectations
- Foster a collaborative environment, driving team engagement and accountability
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project )
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and manage ambiguity

- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2) will be considered a plus
