Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Project Management Specialist (Level 3 or 4) to join the Business Operations team in Portland, Oregon on 1st Shift.

Position Responsibilities:
- Lead integrator for ERP-LN to SAP transition project across Portland and Helena, coordinates and aligns cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing to achieve project milestones
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to support site-level initiatives
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks during the transition
- Oversee work movements and site-level projects, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to senior management
- Develops and facilitates executive level briefings
- Manage agenda and facilitate integrated meetings
- Evaluates alternatives and makes recommendations to the team for constant improvement
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- 3 + years of experience in leading large scale projects
- 3 + years of experience interfacing with and supporting senior and executive leadership
- 3 + years of experience in working with cross-functional teams
- 3 + years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience working closely with Operations and Supply Chain
- SAP Experience, Change Control Board exposure, Work Movement exposure
