As our Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects, including new client onboarding and various deployments. The Project Management Lead will collaborate with various functional teams across the organization, such as US and Global operations, coding, training, business services, and client delivery teams to ensure projects are completed timely.  The Project Manager Lead coordinates and prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans and communicates status to Business Owners, Senior Management and Customers as needed.

Here’s what you will experience working as a Project Management Lead:

  • Maintaining the online project portfolio management solution to manage all projects related to the business unit.

  • Collaboration with multiple functional teams to coordinate resource needs related to deployment, confirm completeness of implementation schedules/plans, and drive to completion all key Deployment-related milestones, and deliverables.

  • Ability to critically think and strategically problem solve to mitigate risk exposure and ensure all deadlines are met.

  • Ability to facilitate meetings and lead multiple groups to achieve common goal.

  • Responsibility for providing Business Owners and/or customers with updated resource schedules, including global team and 3rd party resources.

  • Develop and manage system wide dashboards, launch scorecards to track progress and identify opportunities to accelerate implementation plans.

  • Develop and execute recovery plans for any projects that are off schedule.

  • Develop, document, and ensure adherence to standardized processes and project status reporting methodologies.

  • Manage 3rd party resource distribution, start, and stop dates to ensure compliance with plans, budgets and cost management.

Required Skills:

  • At least 3 years of project management experience leading implementation projects in a healthcare environment

  • Strong motivation and a detail-orientated nature to be able to work and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent client-facing communication skills

  • Strong skills with MS Office suite including: Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word

Desired Skills:

  • Previous implementation experience

  • Previous experience working with global teams

  • Healthcare IT/Revenue Cycle related experience

  • PMP Certification


For this US-based position, the base pay range is $66,185.60 - $114,114.48 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
