Job Description:
- Oversees the operations and activities of monitoring contract and grant performance, including developing and tracking key metrics.
- Developing, reviewing and approving of internal contract and grant deliverables.
- Coordinating contract and grant communications including scheduling and conducting meetings.
- Providing contract and grant status.
- Serving as principal project lead and contract liaison between agency management and other customers and collaborating with other Vendors involved in the contract management process.
- Overseeing the contract management/monitoring process which includes tasks such as examining scope, billing, fiscal data and eligibility determinations for compliance with contract and grant terms and departmental policies; coordinating and participating in vendor discussions/negotiations; processing of contract and grant documents to ensure understanding and authorizations of contract and grant requirements; and, investigating and resolving discrepancies, complaints, and disputes by negotiating settlement agreements.
- Develop, prepare and track budget and LAR documents for various projects.
