About the Project
The Employee Assistance Program is a planned initiative to offer confidential counseling and support services to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) employees, addressing mental health, substance abuse, and workplace concerns through remote and virtual delivery.
Job Title: Project DirectorDuties:
Lead and manage all contract operations and performance
Serve as main point of contact with NRC COR
Oversee program staffing, compliance, and communication
Designate and supervise Alternate Project Director as backup
Maintain same-day responsiveness to NRC requests
Qualifications:
Master’s/Doctorate in mental health or health administration
10+ years healthcare admin experience
5+ years managing multi-state EAP programs
CEAP preferred
