Interpret and innovate design options according to requirements, turning abstract concepts into resolved design solutions.

Review and modify architectural plans from various sources, developing precise room design drawings primarily using Revit and AutoCAD

Prioritize and execute drawing requests of varying complexity from the Drawing Request Que

Re-create drawings from non-digital architectural documents and graphics when required

Ensure the quality, clarity, and accuracy of drawings through rigorous review processes

Create detailed, photorealistic renderings using tools like 3DS Max and Revit

Develop and refine final plans in consultation with architects, field contractors, and medical staff, ensuring contracting, permitting, and client approval.

Train and certify associate-level Design Services team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment

Maintain accurate drawing templates and Revit families and support the team in creating and revising manufacturing drawings

Lead and facilitate in-house design meetings in collaboration with the marketing team

Develop pre-install drawings and design templates in Revit, ensuring they meet deliverable requirements

Act as a consultant with R&D and project engineering teams, reviewing preinstall notes for accuracy and contributing to content creation

Regularly update Design procedures and support the prioritization and delegation of projects and tasks within the team
What you need
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required

2 years experience in design-related roles, including project design, CAD, engineering, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), architectural design, or a closely related field

Experience in Revit

$69,100.00 - $139,600.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 10%
