Key Responsibilities
- This role will specialize in assisting the Program Management Office (PMO) in coordinating stakeholders and project plans to deliver projects to cloud service providers (CSPs) and enterprise clients.
- Assist in developing kickoff decks, planning documentation, project plans, and timelines in accordance with availability, client needs, and established budgets.
- Provide administrative support to the PMO, including:
- -Assisting the development of Requests for Information (RFI) and Rules of Engagement (ROEs)
- -Updating the assessment tracking tool
- -Performing project closeout activities
- Assist in resourcing appropriate talent for each project based on required scope and skillsets.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding project timelines, requirements, and blockers.
- Coordinate and/or attend recurring client status meetings including providing agendas and supplying meeting minutes and action items after each meeting.
- Collaborate with delivery team members to drive customer satisfaction and meet project deliverables.
- Ensure quality products and services are delivered on time and within allotted hours.
- Establish and maintain positive collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Escalate project or timeline issues to appropriate internal stakeholder(s).
- Interface with clients and other internal delivery team members through entire. engagement, interacting will all levels of client organizations.
- Business travel is expected to be limited in nature.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, IT or related field
- 0-2 years of professional services experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 product suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Project
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
