This position provides structured development, direct project exposure, and a clear path toward advancement. Growth is based on competency, performance, professionalism, and readiness rather than tenure alone.

• Assist with schedule reviews and update preparation
• Support progress collection and performance tracking

• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives

• Ability to work remotely and travel occasionally

Preferred Qualifications
• Internship, co-op, research, or project experience
• Exposure to construction, engineering, analytics, project management, or capital projects
• Interest in scheduling, project controls, analytics, or construction management
• Exposure to Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, or other analytical platforms
• Prior software experience is helpful but not required. We place a higher value on learning ability, curiosity, and problem-solving ability than existing technical knowledge
• Graduate degree

Benefits
• Competitive salary
• Health, dental, and vision coverage
• 401(k) program
• PTO and paid holidays
• Professional development and training opportunities
• Exposure to industry-leading projects and clients
