Position Overview
The Project Administrator will assist in tracking project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring the proper documentation is maintained. This role requires strong organizational and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Tracking: Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure project success.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and meeting notes.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate meetings and communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving project-related issues by facilitating communication between departments.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management or administrative experience.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $27+ per hour (depending on experience).
