We have multiple IST opportunities in Spain and are hiring Project Managers with proven experience of delivery in these sectors. 

Job Description

SAP Procurement Management:

  • Prepare request for Purchase Requests (PR) from BU in required format
  • Prepare PO template for submission to processing departments and tracking till

PO issuance:

  • Perform Goods Receipt (GR) entries upon delivery of materials or services
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve PR issues
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements
    Support quality assurance and safety documentation processes
  • Assist in document control and archiving at project close-out

Communication & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams
  • Prepare procurement and asset reports for management review

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant experiences
  • Able to work collaboratively in teams and well organised
  • Manage tight timeframes
