Mogl is seeking a Programmatic Associate to join our growing Client Services team.
In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support while helping improve processes and client education initiatives across our Trading and Account Management teams. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the foundation of programmatic advertising within a fast-paced startup environment.
You will work closely with traders, account managers, and sales, gaining exposure to how each function operates and contributes to client success. Through training and shadowing all three roles, you will build the skills needed to grow into an Account Manager, Trader, or Sales position over time.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:
- Support the Client Services Team in onboarding new clients and maintaining existing books of business.
- Work directly with the account management team in tasks including, but not limited to: coordinating meetings, project managing, assisting with answering ad hoc questions, support tickets, and creating business review PowerPoint decks.
- Work directly with the trading team in tasks including, but not limited to: setting up campaigns in the The Trade Desk platform, pacing live campaigns, pulling & analyzing advanced reporting, forecasting, and creative trafficking.
- Internal coordination and cross-functional projects with sales, business ops, and data & operations teams, such as customer handoffs and ad hoc reporting and data visualization needs
- Manage and upkeep client records in Salesforce

Please note this role is only open to Denver-based employees. The role will be working from the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays in downtown Denver.
The information below is provided for those hired in Colorado only.
- The estimated Colorado-based pay range for this role is a base salary of $65,000, depending on experience.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.
