The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government. 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program / Task Order Manager to join our team!

Position Description (PD):

Serves as the single point of contact with the Government for all matters related to task order execution, performance, and deliverable quality. Provides strategic direction, oversees cost, schedule, and performance objectives, and ensures compliance with DOI IBC policies, FAR, and contract requirements. Manages subcontractor coordination, communications, and reporting to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). Leads project planning, staffing, and risk mitigation across all PWS sections.

Personnel Qualifications (PQ):

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT program or project management supporting Federal customers.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Time & Materials or Labor Hour contracts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; PMP or FAC-P/PM Level II+ preferred.
  • Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, reporting, and CPARS performance metrics.
  • Excellent leadership, oral, and written communication skills.
