Job Description:
Responsible/accountable for ensuring successful delivery
Daily task is primarily managing activities across work subprograms
Required ability:
- Understand program plan, scope, and dependencies
- Understand technology architecture and platform development activities
- Familiarity with agile development methodology
- Work with the PMO and sub program managers
- Identify and closely track all critical dependencies
- Understand all groups/people involved in making decisions and planning/executing around dependencies
- Facilitate communication amongst those groups/people
- Coordinate meetings/calls amongst them
- Update sub-program project status, feeding into overall status update
- Identify and help facilitate the resolution of issues/risks, feeding into overall issues/risk List
- Particularly strong communications skills with client executives
- Experience working with global teams in the delivery of projects
