 Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving Strategic Initiatives and Pilots (e.g., bootcamps, new formats)
  • Development of annual / quarterly goals, growth strategy for scaling of business.
  • Developing and executing full-funnel growth strategies from acquisition to retention and monetization
  • Analysing behavioural data to uncover growth opportunities and inform product/marketing decisions
  • Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to implement scalable growth tactics
  • Ownership of the Masterclass lifecycle (planning, hosting, pre/post-session execution) 
  • Staying up to date with emerging growth tools, trends, and best practices
  • Identify innovative hypotheses based on current and future trends in EdTech
