In this role, you will:
- Align and manage various projects to ensure they meet the organization's mission and program goals.
- Oversee process management, ensuring standardized procedures are followed across all projects for consistency and efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams collaboration for effective communication across all project activities, ensuring smooth workflows.
- Manage program risks and issues, applying mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Monitor program performance, using metrics and KPIs to provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
- Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
- Ensure consistent reporting and documentation, tracking program progress and ensuring stakeholders are kept informed.
Skills you'll need to bring:
- Experience in managing complex programs in product SaaS companies.
- Deep understanding of change management methodologies, including ADKAR and other industry-standard frameworks.
- Proficiency in process management.
- Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed project schedules, plans and comprehensive documentation.
- Data-driven decision making based on performance monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
- Stakeholder management.
- Advanced English.
