Description:
PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Program Manager, oversee delivering IT solutions to users within our Department of Veterans Affairs client to ensure products meet the high quality standards of both PingWind and our customers. This role involves leading strategic initiatives, managing complex projects, providing expert guidance, and driving organizational change.
Responsibilities
· Lead the development and execution of program and product delivery.
· Oversee the design, implementation, and management of a complex program.
· Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams in all phases of product and service development.
· Engage with senior leadership to align goals with organizational objectives.
· Serve as the primary advisor to executive leadership.
· Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, advocacy groups, and vendors.
· Mentor and guide junior staff members and other stakeholders.
Requirements
· Expert knowledge of project management and Agile best practices.
· Lead delivery of software applications, and websites.
· Develop and implement remediation plans for identified gaps.
· Regularly report on status, risks, and progress to senior management.
· Develop, update, and enforce organizational policies and procedures.
· Prepare detailed reports, including metrics, audit findings, and corrective action plans.
· Maintain accurate documentation of activities, training sessions, and policy updates.
· Identify and implement best practices and innovative solutions..
· Collaborate with industry experts and participate in professional forums to stay abreast of new developments in accessibility.
Preferred Qualifications
· Formal Agile or PM Certification
