In this role, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative process and information management solutions that drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and support operational excellence. Leveraging a full suite of enterprise productivity tools, you’ll collaborate directly with cross-functional business groups to gather and prioritize requirements, streamline workflows, and develop data-driven solutions. This role requires a strong blend of project management, technical acumen, and customer focus to successfully deliver solutions that align with strategic objectives and operational needs. You’ll also manage escalations, support business operations, and ensure continuous process improvement through automation and analytics.

 Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with various business groups to understand program objectives, scope requests, and lead process improvement initiatives.

  • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and lifecycle information to guide solution design.

  • Create functional specifications and define implementation strategies for products, services, or projects.

  • Design, configure, and implement solutions using agile methodology, with a focus on maximizing out-of-box capabilities of enterprise platforms.

  • Manage full project lifecycle activities, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.

  • Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, including engineering and third-party suppliers.

  • Support solution validation by assisting with test case development and conducting solution testing.

  • Respond to and resolve program and customer escalations in a timely and effective manner.

  • Analyze data using SQL and create Power BI reports for monthly business reviews.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of business processes, compliance guidelines, and solution architecture.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using project management tools.

Qualifications: 


  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in a program or project management role related to information management or solution delivery.

  • Technical Experience:

    • 4+ years managing program escalations and working with technical/engineering teams.

    • 4+ years of hands-on experience with data analysis using SQL and reporting via Power BI.

    • Experience using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps).

    • Familiarity with project scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • OR 5+ years’ experience leading business analytics or intelligence solutions.

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in designing process improvements and automation solutions.



Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in enterprise environments, particularly within large technology-driven organizations.

  • Prior work history involving enterprise compliance, governance, or philanthropy programs.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and solution validation/testing processes.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, and IT stakeholders.   

Salary Range 

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, skill set, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For this position, the geographic-based salary range for Washington state is $90,000 to $98,000 USD annually, with a midpoint of approximately $94,000. The final salary and job title offered will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may fall outside this listed range.
