Program Manager

BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Program Manager, you'll be responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide program(s) consisting of multiple projects. Ensures successful integration of several projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business. This job requires extensive project management experience.
WHAT OUR PROGRAM MANAGER ENJOY MOST

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• May coordinate with multiple project managers to assemble overall program plans.
• Accountable for the execution of established project management processes and methodologies to ensure delivery of project scope on time and within budget while meetingor exceeding quality standards and customer expectations.
• Accountable for plans and teamwork assignments, directing work efforts, reviewing integrating project plans, escalating and communicating rresource needs, ensuring completion of quality reviews, and driving the resolutions.
• Communication with leadership and other stakeholders on program staregy, direction and changes.
• Responsible for ensuring that connections are identified bentween similar projects on mulitple project portfolios.
• Responsible for tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to Project Managers.
• Partners with leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve the goals of the enterprise.
• Responsible for managing all aspects of the design and implementaiton of the program.
• Collaborates with multiple business leaders across various platforms to ensure consistency of our customer experience.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of project management experience
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified
• Abilities:
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to define key performance indicators/metrics

  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
  • Ability to oversee and manage large, complex, diverse and strategic projects that impact the organization as a whole
  • Ability in implementing program and project plans and monitor progress, resource usage and quality
  • Advanced understanding and ability to manage complex program and project budgets

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum.

The base pay for this position generally is between
$98,900.00 and $175,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
