Role Responsibilities
- Own and manage large-scale, global enablement programs including SKO enablement tracks and other strategic initiatives with high visibility and impact.
- Develop and drive detailed project plans, deliverables, communications, and success metrics across multiple departments.
- Lead SKO execution in partnership with sales, enablement, events, and executive teams - from content strategy to logistics and communications.
- Lead the enablement workstream of the SKO program in close collaboration with sales, events, and executive teams, contributing to the overarching strategy, content development, logistics, and communications.
- Embed key programs like the Creating Value Program across onboarding, ongoing enablement, and the sales process.
- Scale and operationalize programs like Customer Conversation Practice to improve field sales readiness.
- Partner cross-functionally with global enablement leads, product marketing, GTM operations, and sales leadership to ensure alignment.
- Foster a collaborative and communicative environment by partnering cross-functionally with global enablement leads, product marketing, GTM operations, and sales leadership to ensure alignment on key programs and initiatives.
- Track program outcomes and stakeholder feedback to iterate and improve program effectiveness.
- Implement and manage performance tracking mechanisms to measure and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and programs, utilizing engagement analytics, sales performance data, and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous optimization and alignment with revenue goals.
- Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels through strong communication and program design.
Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills)
- 5+ years of experience in program management, sales enablement, or GTM operations (B2B SaaS or high-growth experience preferred).
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs (experience running SKO or similar events strongly preferred).
- Strong program and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail and operational rigor.
- Self-starter with high autonomy and ability to execute in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills (written, verbal, and visual).
- Experience working closely with or supporting customer-facing roles (Sales, SE, CS, PS, Partners).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Forms).
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or enablement platforms is a plus.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Value Selling Framework).
- Experience with global program delivery across diverse geographies.
- Background in change management or organizational development.

- For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $165,750 - $197,750
- For New York Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of 158,750 - 189,750
