About the Role:
The Program Manager, Resilience, leads enterprise-wide program management initiatives within CrowdStrike’s Resilience Organization. This role drives operational excellence across preparedness, prevention, and response by coordinating complex, cross-functional resilience programs and delivering clear visibility into CrowdStrike’s resilience posture.
As the operational backbone of the Resilience Organization, this role owns enterprise resilience metrics, program performance management, and executive reporting. You will ensure leadership has actionable insights through integrated dashboards, trend analysis, and performance indicators across all business units.
What You’ll Do:
Primary Responsibilities
Resilience Program Portfolio Management: Support a portfolio of initiatives spanning business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis and incident management, and technology resilience across multiple lines of business.
Enterprise Metrics & Reporting: Aggregate, analyze, and report resilience KPIs; develop executive dashboards; identify trends and gaps; and provide data-driven recommendations.
Program & Project Execution: Develop and manage project plans aligned to initiative scope and resources; track timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
Continuous Improvement: Lead corrective action tracking and ensure lessons learned are systematically incorporated into program enhancements.
Resource & Workstream Coordination: Support prioritization and resource allocation across initiatives while coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business units, operational teams, and sponsors; provide clear, timely status communications; and deliver executive presentations.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and resolve risks, issues, and roadblocks through proactive problem-solving and communication.
Secondary Responsibilities
Program Governance: Establish and maintain governance structures (steering committees, working groups, and stakeholder forums).
Vendor & Tool Management: Manage external vendors and resilience-related tools and platforms.
What You’ll Need:
Experience: 7+ years managing medium to large, enterprise-scale programs in resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, or crisis management.
Program & Operational Excellence: Strong background in program management, process improvement, metrics frameworks, and performance management.
Project Methodologies: Expertise applying Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on initiative needs.
Data & Analytics: Proven ability to aggregate multi-source data, develop KPIs, build executive dashboards, and translate insights into action.
Resilience Expertise: Deep knowledge of BC/DR, crisis management, and industry frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, NIMS).
Change Management: Experience driving organizational change and adoption.
Leadership & Communication: Ability to influence across organizations with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Execution Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
Tools & Technology: Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, BC management platforms, and familiarity with cloud-native environments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Availability: Willingness to support resilience activities during crisis events, including nights and weekends when required.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CBCP, or MBCI.
Bonus Points:
Master’s degree in a related discipline.
Experience leading resilience programs in high-growth, cloud-native, or SaaS organizations.
Advanced proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake).
Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence certifications.
Change management certifications (Prosci, CCMP).
Experience with resilience maturity models, regulatory frameworks, or executive-level crisis response.
Background spanning both technology and business resilience.
Experience leading or mentoring program management teams.
