  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution across complex initiatives
  • Prepare executive‑ready presentations, status reviews, and leadership updates using clear visual storytelling
  • Present program status, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and sponsors
  • Support short‑term, high‑urgency program timelines while adapting to evolving priorities
  • Ensure consistency and operational rigor across project plans, reporting, and communications
Required Qualifications
  • 2–3+ years of project and/or program management experience
  • Experience working in a large, complex corporate environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, including coordinating across diverse teams and senior audiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear, concise documentation
  • Proficiency with standard business tools, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced, short‑term engagement
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to provide work samples, including executive‑level presentation materials (required)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing programs with large portfolios and complex dependencies
  • Strong executive presence, with experience supporting leadership reviews and decision forums
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, including building executive‑ready slide decks with clear visual narratives
  • Familiarity with partner‑based programs, customer success operations, or support organizations
  • Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple time zones; availability for Pacific Time hours preferred
  • PMP, PMI, or other project/program management certification
