About the Role
We’re looking for a Program Manager, People to support the design, delivery, and evolution of people programs across HighLevel.

This role is focused on program execution, operational excellence, and scalable delivery. The People Program Manager owns U.S. benefits and rewards & recognition design and administration while also supporting People PMO initiatives and flexing into ad hoc projects as business priorities evolve.

This is a blend of design and hands-on execution meant for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to People initiatives.

Why This Role Matters
This role helps ensure that HighLevel’s people programs are delivered consistently, thoughtfully, and at scale. By owning core programs and supporting evolving initiatives, the People Program Manager enables the People team to move quickly while maintaining operational rigor.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end execution of US benefits administration, including vendor coordination, annual renewals, open enrollment, compliance activities, audits, and documentation.
  • Partner with brokers, Finance, Payroll, and Legal to ensure benefits programs are administered accurately and compliantly.
  • Act as an SME for Benefits and R&R programs across the industry, advising People leadership on market trends, regulatory changes, and design improvement
  • Manage and maintain rewards and recognition programs, including program administration, communications, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Gather employee feedback and participation data to support continuous improvement of benefits and recognition offerings.
  • Coordinate well-being and employee support initiatives to ensure alignment across programs.
  • Contribute to benefits planning and renewals, including recommendation of vendor changes, plan design shifts, and long-term cost optimization initiatives
  • Own vendor evaluation and performance management, including broker selection, contract negotiations (with guidance), and service-level accountability

People Programs & PMO Execution

  • Independently drive smaller cross-functional People programs, owning scope definition, prioritization, and success criteria by managing defined work streams, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Translate program plans into actionable tasks and execution roadmaps.
  • Coordinate cross-functional partners to ensure milestones are met and risks are identified early.
  • Support program launches, documentation, and handoffs to long-term owners once initiatives stabilize.
  • Maintain project documentation, status updates, and operational artifacts to support visibility and accountability.
  • Identify gaps in People processes and propose new programs or structural improvements
  • Influence prioritization across competing People initiatives, balancing capacity and urgency

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in people programs, benefits design and administration, HR operations, or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience administering US benefits programs, including vendor coordination and compliance support.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects or programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Experience supporting rewards and recognition programs is strongly preferred.
  • Comfort operating in environments with changing priorities and evolving scope.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage both steady-state work and project-based initiatives.
  • Clear communicator who can explain programs, processes, and next steps to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to work independently within defined direction and escalate appropriately when decisions are needed.
  • Experience working in remote-first or distributed environments.

The salary range for this position is $110000 - $145000 annually (Bonus Pay included).
