Role Overview

The Program Manager - Partner Enablement will help Vasion grow our Channel Partnerships and Enablement efforts. Our ideal candidate will have experience in Sales Enablement, Partner Enablement and Program Management. The Sales Enablement Team works on major strategic initiatives across multiple lines of business.  You will work directly with Channel Partners, Ecosystem Partners and Alliances, Partner Marketing, Product, Product Marketing and Revenue Operations leadership.  You will lead, plan, prioritize and deliver world-class scaled partner enablement initiatives for Vasion’s world-wide Channel Partnerships efforts, as well as other supporting enablement global programs.

The Program Manager, Partner Enablement will report into the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement and is responsible for program management to ensure programs are successfully deployed, adopted and capabilities are delivered. To be successful, you will drive executive alignment on systems/process integration, communications, and measurement. You will develop plans and program timelines, own the completion and prioritization of milestones, communications plans, and manage risk mitigation efforts to ensure success.

Success in this role contributes to increased partner-sourced ARR, increased self-sufficiency within partners to manage customer lifecycle, reduction in adhoc requests by partners, and improved partner experience to train, certify and credential with Vasion.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the successful execution of major partner enablement programs by driving the creation, implementation, and iteration of comprehensive plans covering:
    • Learning path design
    • Facilitation
    • Systems, Tools & Process Integration
    • Measurement, Tracking, and Reporting
    • Communications
  • Act as cross line-of-business Program Manager to ensure the coordination, sequencing, and orchestration of complex plans for major external partner enablement initiatives. Specifically, liaise with Pre-Sales, Tech Support, Product Marketing teams to deliver partner onboarding
  • Own program management for various project workstreams, including creation and execution all partner facing enablement, and partner enablement relevant communications ranging from Individual Contributors to Executives, ensuring we consistently communicate the right information, at the right time, to the right people
  • Serve as an influential and trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers to help them fulfill their role as sponsors and evangelists for major initiatives
  • Operate effectively in ambiguity and support the broader Channel Partner, Ecosystem & Alliances, Product Marketing’s product and solution launch team, and Sales Enablement team in doing the same by learning quickly, being proactive, and assuming ownership for broad tracks of work
  • Use strategic, operations and problem-solving skills to logically structure ambiguous problems, conduct analysis, extrapolate key insights and deliver recommendations to the business

Requirements
  • 5+ years experience driving global programs in fast-paced, highly matrixed corporate environments
  • Undergraduate degree: Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Arts
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Sales Enablement experience and 5+ years of direct experience working in a partnership role, within a technology company
  • Prior experience designing and delivering both live and virtual training, supported by learning principles and best practices.
  • Experience facilitating across different learning types and established communication frameworks.
  • Previous experience with Channel Partner Enablement in a large, global SaaS organization
  • Prior experience with Partner specific communication
  • Cross-functional leadership experience
  • Experience in Partner segmentation and enablement delivery
  • Experience with the following tools: Mindmatrix, WorkRamp, Salesforce, Gong, Jira, or similar systems
  • Strong narrative and story-telling skills that translate to internal communications
  • Ability to manage time, risk, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong executive presence including the ability to set clear expectations and hold co-workers accountable for meeting commitments
  • Demonstrable problem-solving and root cause identification skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience driving the strategic development of major global projects and fluid programs
  • Proven success in the disciplines of Strategy (Process, Change, Management) and Analytics (measurement, data)
  • Experience driving the operations and execution of global programs and supporting projects across multiple lines of business
  • Experience working with Senior Sales Leaders and Executive Stakeholders
  • Experience in quantitative, analytical and conceptual business problem-solving
  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP)
