RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with project team members and assist in the execution of project initiatives under guidance from senior staff.
- Create data visualization of program progress, program health metrics, and risks.
- Participate in status meetings, contribute to team discussions, and provide essential project management support.
- Assist in the development and updating of project schedules including tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
- Support the creation of schedule status reports and key metrics to ensure projects remain on track.
- Monitor and document the integration of supply chain inputs into the overall project plan.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and readily available for team review.
- Collaborate closely with mentors and team members to apply your knowledge and develop technical skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Engage in cross-functional teamwork, interacting with engineers from various disciplines to solve complex challenges.
- Showcase your work through presentations or project reviews.
- Participate in social and professional events with fellow interns and employees.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering, Project Management, Data Science, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management program at a four-year accredited university.
- Basic understanding of scheduling, data visualization, customer service principles, risk management, and cost tracking.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow guidance from experienced project leaders.
- Must be able to work full time (40 hours per week), on-site in Denver, CO or Long Beach, CA for 12 consecutive weeks.
- Co-Op Programs will run concurrent with University Semester dates
- Intern Program will run May – August 2026
- Must be able to provide own transportation and housing.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Have completed their Junior and/or Senior year.
- GPA of 3.5 or above.
- Passionate about advancing space security and sustainability.
- Resilient problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management applications (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar) preferred.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI) preferred.
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $28/hour
