Job Duties and Responsibilities

You will solve the complexity of coordinating multiple mid-to-high stakes projects within the DISH Business ecosystem, ensuring every initiative aligns with strategic OKRs and operational goals. By driving cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, you act as the primary engine for delivering tangible value to our sales and product segments. Your role is critical in translating technical requirements into successful business deployments, maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced satellite and streaming environment.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)

• Drive 5-15+ concurrent projects through every phase of the project lifecycle, ensuring all delivery remains in strict alignment with team OKRs.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams to scope and implement initiatives that provide immediate value to existing products and sales channels.
• Analyze departmental procedures to recommend and implement process improvements that promote operational effectiveness and mitigate risks.
• You will build and maintain vital business relationships across the organization to secure solution approvals and ensure consistent project momentum.
• Leverage AI-driven project management tools to automate status reporting, streamline requirements documentation, and enhance risk identification accuracy.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):

• Comprehensive Project Methodology expertise across Waterfall, Agile, and SDLC frameworks to navigate complex release management cycles.
• Stakeholder Communication and Subject Matter Expertise needed to facilitate technical meetings and influence senior leadership decision-making.
• Tactical Problem Solving skills to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions within the satellite and streaming television environment.
• AI Literacy and Application mastery to streamline project workflows, enhance data interpretation, and drive overall deployment efficiency.
• Collaborative Coordination expertise required to guide diverse project teams and assist business units through rigorous analysis and risk mitigation.
• Technical Systems Fluency to translate operational system requirements into actionable feature specifications and project documentation.

Additional Qualifications
Successful candidates will have a background in managing diverse portfolios under pressure, with a focused expertise in business analysis and risk mitigation (RAID/RACI). You have a proven track record of coordinating complex initiatives from concept to implementation while maintaining a high standard for customer experience and quality. We value individuals who are self-starters with an adaptive mindset, ready to transition between different portfolios as business priorities evolve.
Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree, ideally in Project Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum Experience: 2-4 years of experience in project and/or program management.
• Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 2 years of experience with:
  
  • Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, or ServiceNow).

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
