Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.
This role addresses the challenge of aligning complex enterprise strategic objectives with front-line execution to ensure a seamless experience for both agents and customers. By bridging the gap between high-level leadership and operational realities, the Program Manager solves for process inefficiencies and communication breakdowns across cross-functional departments. Success in this position means navigating ambiguity to create a unified implementation roadmap that drives measurable organizational change and operational excellence.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
  • Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of high-visibility projects that directly support enterprise-wide strategic OKRs
  • Synthesize data analytics with qualitative feedback to eliminate systemic gaps in training, staffing, and operational processes
  • Drive organizational change through data-driven storytelling and high-level collaboration with senior stakeholders and field leadership
  • Develop comprehensive implementation roadmaps that anticipate business shifts and ensure seamless workflow transitions for frontline teams
  • Build consensus across Product, IT, and Marketing departments to ensure project goals remain unified and frictionless for the agent journey
  • Integrate AI-driven project management tools to optimize resource allocation, automate status reporting, and predict potential project bottlenecks

  • Critical experience leading complex enterprise initiatives using advanced organizational expertise and strategic program management methodologies
  • Analytical mastery in translating complex datasets into actionable business strategies that improve operational outcomes
  • Authentic partnership-building skills across all professional levels to foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration
  • AI literacy and the ability to apply generative AI tools to enhance strategic communication and process automation

Additional Qualifications
  • PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
  • Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience in program management, operations, or strategic consulting
  • Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 3 years of experience with:
    • Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, complex formulas)
    • Project Management Software (e.g., Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet)

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
