Job Duties and Responsibilities
The 3D Data and Drone PM will have experience in driving innovative technology programs in an enterprise setting. They will leverage historical experience to drive adoption across the business and collaborate on new strategic innovation initiatives with a problem solving skill set. As new problems arise, the PM will be able to prioritize, organize, and address each challenge with a program management skillset. To be successful in this role, the PM will be able to navigate a dynamic, fast paced environment with the ability to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the 3D Data and Drone team manager to enhance program efficiency, quality, and consistency
  • Drive continuous process improvement and manage 3D data collection, including acquisition, processing, QA, finance, and delivery
  • Produce regular reports on program progress, improvements, and risks while establishing KPIs for data vendors
  • Lead weekly vendor and market meetings, aligning with DISH market teams on scheduling forecasts and priorities
  • Contribute to the strategic roadmap for product features, technology, and business development
  • Oversee deployment tool data integrity, market scheduling, and PO creation


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of experience in a project/program management role or 10 years of relevant experience


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in PMO tools for tracking, reporting, and communication
  • Skilled in using data for program reporting, milestones, and trend analysis
  • Passion for innovative technology and large-scale implementation
  • Ability to adapt to uncertainty with a results-driven mindset
  • Strong communication skills, capable of leading meetings and stakeholder engagement
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, urgency, and analytical skills


Desired Qualifications:

  • PMP certification with experience managing projects leveraging unmanned aircraft and remote sensing technology
  • Proven track record of implementing disruptive technology and driving innovation in large organizations

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
