What You'll Do:
Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with project stakeholders to align cross-functional processes and drive delivery of project objectives
Project Governance & Controls: Establish and maintain robust project structures aligned with PMO governance standards, implementing comprehensive project controls including strategic planning, RAID management, progress monitoring, and stakeholder engagement protocols
Define Success Metrics: Develop clear, measurable success criteria for project execution and track progress against established KPIs
Communications: Manage project level updates for programme reviews and contribute to Steerco and executive-level materials that effectively communicate project progression, tailoring messaging for different organizational audiences
Adaptive Delivery: Adjust project delivery approaches in response to evolving business priorities and strategic focus areas
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues by coordinating project team for mitigation strategies and escalating to PMO Programme Manager for support when required.
Portfolio Administration and PMO Support: Assist the PMO Programme Manager in executing portfolio management responsibilities, including cross-project coordination, performance tracking, dependency management, and stakeholder communication to ensure effective portfolio delivery
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in a related field; or equivalent related professional experience.
Experience using project management best practice i.e. Prince 2 methodology
Experience working with Product teams using agile frameworks.
An analytical, innovative and creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Experience in supporting and delivering projects, the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment across various teams and time zones, with a strong bias for action.
Strong communicator who can drive cross-workstream collaboration, often through storytelling and persuasion, finding the common goal that brings multiple perspectives together.
Demonstrates an understanding of business processes making recommendations for improvement, organising and facilitating project workshops/working groups bringing together subject-matter experts to gain insights and overcome challenges
Aptitude to grasp new concepts quickly, process large quantities of information and make relevant connections to business implications
Experience using project management software such as MS Project, Smartsheet and MS Office applications for planning, reports, analysis, and presentations.
