In This Role

In this role, you will support the launch, adoption, and scaling of newly introduced, customer-facing programs delivered globally. You will work closely with regional and cross-functional stakeholders to enable smooth rollouts through strong change management, communication, and operational coordination. A typical day involves managing program timelines, consolidating inputs from multiple regions, preparing executive-ready presentations, analyzing Excel-based reports, and supporting continuous improvement efforts based on field feedback. This role operates in a fast-paced, evolving environment and requires comfort navigating ambiguity while keeping programs on track.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the global launch and rollout of new customer-facing programs and services
  • Coordinate program activities across regional leads and stakeholder groups
  • Drive change management efforts to support adoption and usage of newly launched programs
  • Create and maintain program documentation, presentations, and communication materials
  • Consolidate inputs, updates, and feedback from multiple regions into clear summaries
  • Analyze Excel-based data and reports to track adoption, progress, and program effectiveness
  • Support post-launch program refinement by incorporating field feedback and updating materials
  • Track action items, dependencies, risks, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery
  • Assist with project planning, execution tracking, and operational reporting
  • Present updates, findings, and recommendations to sponsors and stakeholders
  • Provide organizational and operational support to ensure programs can scale effectively

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or operations support
  • Prior experience supporting the launch or delivery of new programs or services
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly:
    • PowerPoint for building executive-ready presentations
    • Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional or regionally distributed teams
  • Attention to detail with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with change management, communications, or adoption enablement initiatives
  • Exposure to large, matrixed organizations or global operating models
  • Experience supporting customer success, service delivery, or go-to-market programs
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
  • PMI, PMP, or similar program/project management certification
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and evolving program requirements
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders or program sponsors

 

Salary Range 

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $110,000 to $115,000 USD/Year. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
