This role will drive internal and external alignment, ensure the successful delivery of complex, multi-product solutions, and build strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level implementations, identifying risks early, and implementing effective mitigation strategies. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on problem solving, and exceptional communication skills. Key responsibilities include:
Internal Alignment

  • Promote and facilitate alignment between cross-functional teams including Professional Services, Support, Product, DevOps, and Development to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Facilitate cross-business unit collaboration for large-scale, multi-product implementation projects.

Deliverable Management

  • Oversee the timely delivery of all contracted deliverables for enterprise or system-level implementations in collaboration with Professional Services leadership.
  • Identify and address billing issues, and questions from the customer to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Proactively eliminate barriers or issues that could cause delays in program delivery.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customer stakeholders, including program offices, by fostering open communication, reliability, and a genuine commitment to shared goals.

Customer Alignment:

  • Promote alignment between all customer stakeholders. This could include customer leadership, system office, individual colleges, and Modern Campus to ensure a unified approach to implementation.

Risk Management:

  • Proactively identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on program outcomes.

Program and Account Strategy:

  • Observe and analyze implementation processes for large-scale programs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement strategies such as enhanced training, additional resources, or on-site support to optimize outcomes.
  • Align program goals with client expectations, identify growth opportunities, and proactively manage both program delivery and client satisfaction to achieve long-term success.

Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to define and refine implementation proposals for enterprise customers, ensuring feasibility and alignment with customer needs.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities for expanding their use of Modern Campus products, modules, and professional services, including value-added services and/or change requests.

Executive Briefings:

  • Prepare and lead executive-level briefings, presenting key insights and addressing complex issues with clarity.
  • Develop supporting materials, such as presentations and documentation, to facilitate decision-making.

Consultant Support:

  • Provide guidance and support to implementation consultants, including supporting training, configuration, and triaging application-related questions and issues.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of program notes, issues, and resolutions.

Knowledge Development:

  • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of Modern Campus software and professional services offerings to provide expert guidance throughout the implementation process.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, including regular updates on progress.
  • Monitor and report on program status, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, and adjusting plans as needed to address emerging issues or changes in scope.

What you offer…

  • Proven experience in program management or implementation roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.
  • Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and multi-product implementation processes is a plus.
  • Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and a collaborative team player who can navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a positive, hands-on attitude and the adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
