We are now looking for a dynamic Program Manager to join our Academic Programs team.
What you’ll be doing:
Work with multi-functional stakeholders to operate NVIDIA programs for researchers and educators
Design, implement, and execute scalable processes for timely fulfillment of research grants, review of grant applications, budget tracking, and reporting
Manage logistics of hardware shipments and cloud onboarding in fulfillment systems
Interface directly with prospective and awarded researchers through our support inbox to triage issues, provide program updates and reminders, and connect them to the right resources
Coordinate technical experts reviewing grant applications, monitor progress against program timelines and follow up as needed
Craft user documentation and flow diagrams to enable self-serve processes and program scalability
Support quality assurance testing using Salesforce Sales Cloud and other technology platforms used by external customers
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or higher with 3+ years of demonstrated project management and operations experience
You are proactive, strategic, hands-on, and exceptionally detail-oriented, with the ability to solve problems independently
Proven experience using a mix of project management and operational skills to partner with internal and external customers
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, and project management tools, such as JIRA, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
Strong affinity for organization and an obsession with data integrity
Track record of successfully working in global, cross-functional, and remote teams to build relationships and drive tangible results
Superb communication, decision-making, and influencing abilities
Able to see the big picture while identifying and resolving areas for improvement
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Passion for bringing the latest resources in AI, 3D, and scientific computing to the academic community
PMP or other Project/Program Management Certification

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 108,000 USD - 178,250 USD for Level 2, and 132,000 USD - 207,000 USD for Level 3.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
