What You’ll Be Launching
The Senior Program Financial Analyst will oversee all program-related financial activities from proposal through award and completion. This role is critical in supporting commercial and government contracting compliance, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive program success.

Your Mission (Should you choose to accept it)
- Oversee program finances from proposal to completion, including cost planning, revenue forecasting, and EAC (Estimate at Completion) management.
- Perform variance cost and price analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Ensure adherence to FAR, CAS, and other Government regulations.
- Support revenue recognition determinations in accordance with ASC 606.
- Oversee billing processes, including milestone and progress billings.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely invoicing.
- Collaborate with Growth and Product teams on proposal development and pricing.
- Assist in creating Statements of Work (SoW) with project teams.
- Conduct contract reviews and provide financial input during negotiations.
- Administer project setup and cost plans in NetSuite.
- Train and advise team members on program finance and NetSuite usage.
- Develop labor utilization reports, resource planning, and staff planning metrics.
- Provide financial dashboards and charts for leadership decision-making.
Pre-flight Checklist
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
- Experience in developing monthly financial Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs)
- 5+ years of experience in Program Finance.
- Strong knowledge of FAR, CAS, and government contracting principles.
- Proficiency in NetSuite ERP system.
- Experience with EAC reviews, revenue forecasting, and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
- Familiarity with provisional billing rates, incurred cost submissions, and proposal pricing.
- Ability to interpret contracts and assist in SoW development.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Cargo
- Financial experience in the aerospace/defense industry.
- Knowledge of cash flow management and milestone billing structures.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Location: Remote
Salary: $91,000-$151,000
Classification: Full Time, Exempt
