Our Training Programs team is seeking a highly organized, client-focused Program Coordinator to support the planning and execution of our experiential learning programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless coordination, exceptional client experiences, and high-quality program delivery across our portfolio of offerings.
The Program Coordinator manages program logistics, communication, materials, systems, and post-program follow-up. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing multiple priorities, and is energized by supporting leaders and clients across the industry.
This is a hybrid, full-time hourly position (40 hours/week) based in our Denver, Colorado office.
**Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. FMI is unable to provide visa sponsorship—including H-1B or STEM OPT—at this time.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for client inquiries, outreach, and troubleshooting.
- Communicate with clients to ensure completion of pre-program requirements.
- Administer assessments across multiple programs and resolve technical issues with vendors and participants.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain all program materials, including production, shipping, and restocking.
- Track and maintain inventory of program materials and onsite resources.
- Coordinate logistics for client and staff travel, accommodations, meals, and onsite arrangements.
- Work with venues to confirm meal counts and shuttle service.
- Support registration processes in Cvent and Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and subcontractor expense audits in partnership with accounting.
- Complete post-event follow-up including distributing surveys, certificates, photos, and assessment results.
- Support ongoing program communication, program updates, and marketing outreach to participants and alumni.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business, marketing, education, training, or related field; OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in event planning, project coordination, program operations, or administrative support.
- Experience supporting training, conferences, or corporate learning programs preferred.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
- Ability to lift and move program materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments with minimal supervision.
The base salary for this position is $60,000 plus bonus.
