Who are we looking for:
 
We're looking for a candidate to join our team to support our live streamed classroom experience until May 2026.  This role would involve guiding the team members for the on-site execution of the program, including client interactions and class management.  This position will ensure improved student academic performance and client (school) satisfaction. This position will require some travel within the given region to school locations 

Position Overview:
 
The Program Coordinator (PC) is a critical role within the Customer Success team, responsible for managing day-to-day operations at assigned districts and schools. PCs serve as the primary on-the-ground representatives, interfacing with Points of Contact (POCs) and ensuring the successful implementation and support of our programs. This role allows Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to focus on program health and coordinating issue resolution with internal teams. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  1. Day-to-Day Operations: 
    1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned districts, handling all day-to-day operations. 
    2. Provide program support, including audits, classroom support, and troubleshooting. 
    3. Ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support of our programs. 
  2. Customer Interaction: 
    1. Interface with POCs to gather feedback and share insights with internal teams. 
    2. Build and maintain strong relationships with district staff and stakeholders. 
    3. Conduct training and onboarding sessions for district staff as needed. 
  3. Program Support: 
    1. Assist with the launch of new programs and initiatives. 
    2. Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to CSMs. 
    3. Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by district staff. 
    4. Collaborate with CSMs to develop and implement strategies for program improvement. 
  4. Program Success Alignment: 
    1. Align with CSM on district/school JSP goals and support tracking to completion.  
    2. Participate in strategic planning sessions and feedback loops to refine engagement models and territory alignment 
  5. Data-Driven Decision Making: 
    1. Utilize data to inform hiring and placement decisions. 
    2. Monitor and analyze program data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 
    3. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making 
 
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, customer success, or a related role 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software 
 
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Experience coaching in an educational setting and/or working with school administration 
  • Knowledge of customer success best practices 
  • Experience with data analysis and/or instructional coaching  
 
Working Conditions: 
  • This position requires travel to assigned districts onsite 3-4 days/wk 
  • PCs may be required to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the districts they support
