Position: Program (Contract) Manager
FT/PT Status:Full-Time
Location: Remote within the following locations: DC, FL, GA, MD, TX, VA
Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Overview:Kreative Technologies is looking for a Program (Contract) Manager to lead the overall performance of a government IT contract. You will be the primary point of contact for the client and be accountable for delivery, staffing, budget and contract compliance.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader who builds strong client relationships. You should be comfortable managing multiple teams and making decisions that balance quality, cost and schedule.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Serves as the primary point of contact with the client's Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative.
• Oversees all work performed under the contract and ensures deliverables meet requirements.
• Manages program budget, staffing, schedule and resource allocation.
• Monitors performance against contract terms, service levels and quality standards.
• Identifies risks and issues and leads mitigation efforts.
• Prepares and presents program status reports and briefings.
• Supports contract modifications, option periods and new work opportunities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years managing programs or contracts.
• Experience managing federal government contracts and client relationships.
• Experience managing budgets, staffing and multiple project teams.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Continually required to use common office equipment including but not limited to computers, phones, scanners and printers.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• Experience with Agile program delivery.
Compensation:$114,454 – $127,171 per year
