- Proactively monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement effective solutions to maintain project schedules, in collaboration with our Account Management team.
- Handle supplier escalations when delays or inventory issues impact multiple projects or large critical projects. Monitor across projects to seek out issues with specific suppliers to get ahead of potential issues as early as possible in the production lifecycle.
- Partner with the Director of Production to design and implement new SOPs, dashboards, and workflows that drive efficiencies, while maintaining up-to-date documentation for team guidance.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes and procedures to guarantee the final deliverables meet the agency's high standards and client expectations.
- Track and report on key Production metrics (e.g., PO count, task volume, turnaround times).
