- Assign work orders and monitor progress on the shop floor.
- Ensure employee adherence to safety protocols and good manufacturing practices.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow throughout the entire production process.
- Communicate order status and expedites.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing employees.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED/Local equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. (Local language -English)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Available to work overtime as needed (both during the week and on weekends).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
Associates degree.
6 months of manufacturing experience.
Thru hole and surface mount soldering experience.
Physical Requirements
Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of tools and boxes.
Able to work in various temperature conditions.
May be exposed to noise, vibration, and fumes.
