Purpose:
We are seeking a Production 3D Visualiser to join our global 3D/Motion Graphics team at Stanley Black & Decker. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to develop their production rendering skills as they learn to create high-quality renderings while working on real-world projects for some of the biggest tool brands in the world.
We are looking for self-starters, creative-thinkers, and strong 3D-artists to team up with our talented professional 3D Visualisers to work on a varied portfolio. As a part of our multi-disciplinary content studio, this role will get unique insight into the inner workings of a busy global operation.
You will create photo-realistic product imagery to support product development initiatives and brand campaigns. Working closely with industrial design and creative marketing teams to support product on white image delivery using CAD models and rendering software packages.
The Job:
As the Production 3D Visualizer, you’ll be part of our visualization team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:
- Work alongside our global 3D Visualisation team to produce still and animated content for new product development.
- Create photo-realistic product imagery to support new product launches and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Industrial Design, brand and product to explore new creative opportunities and technologies for best-in-class creative.

- Passion for 3D Visualisation/CGI.
- Relevant degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, 3D Design or similar.
- A portfolio showcasing creative 3D imagery, showing technical rendering skills and attention to detail.
- Passion, drive and intellectual curiosity.
- Well-organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to communicate ideas, visually and verbally.
- A creative thinker, and communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team.
- Track record of delivering product renderings across print, digital or TV.
- 2+ years Keyshot experience.
- Exceptional conceptual, artistic, design, and typographical skills. The candidate must demonstrate knowledge and experience in computer rendering, be proactive in their approach, lead and manage deliverables across multiple deadlines.
- Excellent rendering and animation skills in the relevant software packages: - Keyshot, Blender, 3DS Max, V-ray, Catia, or other 3D CAD software, Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D and Adobe After Effects is considered an advantage.
- Responsible, able to work virtually with great time management and the ability to adapt to market needs. Have an exemplary level of attention to detail and consistency in imagery delivered, understand preserve, and champion a consistent look to our products.
- Strong communication skills and be able to convey information and project progress both verbally and via email to our Global teams. The successful candidate should also demonstrate the ability to work as part of a close team, alongside colleagues in the UK, USA, and our Global R&D sites.
