We are looking for a Talented Product Training Specialist to support our customer and business partner education with specific focus on Instructor Led Training facilitation, for both in person and virtual delivery. (Virtual) Instructor Led Training is one of several modalities of training we offer to support customer product adoption. A thorough understanding of our products leads to greater application and success. As successful customers are our biggest advocates and best marketing, this role is critical to our customers' success.

Job Description

  • Preparation and delivery of instructor-led training for our customers

  • Provide support to internal and external customers via service ticketing system

  • Assist in maintaining a library of ILT content through collaboration with SMEs so that preparation for onsite is a plug-and-play compilation of functional modules rather than a from-scratch build 

  • Become a SynXis product expert to deliver facilitation supporting customer product adoption and goal attainment 

  • Collaborate with the Customer and Sales and Account Management for Custom Training opportunities

  • Participate in consultative conversations with customers and internal teams to identify, develop and deliver custom-tailored technical training to achieve optimal configuration and use of any combination of SynXis applications and integration 

  • Proactively encourage customers and colleagues to engage with the products we offer to achieve and exceed their goals

  • Serve as the customer advocate when issues arise; proactively identify and execute customer solutions and liaise with other departments or divisions when necessary

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Must Have Skills:

  • Experience in developing and delivering customer-facing instructional solutions in both classroom and virtual environments, preferably with a SAAS product

  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage competing high-priority projects 

  • Solid background and understanding of instructional methodologies such as ADDIE or other industry best practices.

  • General understanding of adult learning theory and advanced facilitation skills  

  • Able to work directly with stakeholders and capable of resolving related challenges in a professional manner

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills  

  • Ability to synthesize technological information and simplify it to effectively communicate the information to system users

  • Fluent in Spanish and English

Nice To Have Skills:

  • 2 years minimum learning facilitation experience

  • Experience in the hospitality industry
