L1:
Estimated annual base pay: $103,600 (minimum) - $129,500 (midpoint) - $155,400 (maximum)
L2:
Estimated annual base pay: $127,000 (minimum) - $159,000 (midpoint) - $190,800 (maximum)

This position is responsible for providing marketing, commercial, and technical expertise for application of primarily traditional products from customer/market segment requirements. Leads marketing process that includes customer communications, proposals, presentations, development/maintaining product strategies and road maps.
What you will be doing…
Conducts market studies to assess the potential of new products and develops strategic plans, including product roadmaps, to enhance market share, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Manages products throughout their entire lifecycle, including performance evaluation, cost reduction, pricing strategies, and rationalization.
Develops and executes product launch plans, including promotional materials, technical documentation, and internal positioning strategies.
Builds relationships with key stakeholders, including large accounts and industry experts, and gathers market intelligence through customer meetings and trade shows.
Provides commercial leadership during new product introductions, defines systems architecture, and collaborates with engineering and other functional areas to meet customer needs.
Oversees product system pricing, ensuring alignment with company policies and financial objectives.
Collaborates with internal teams to create strategies for business growth, leveraging funnel reviews and identifying new customer opportunities.
Delivers technical presentations, conducts product training, and represents the company in professional organizations, backed by strong engineering and energy controls expertise.
Operates in international teams, participates in make/buy/partner decisions, and travels domestically and internationally as required.
Demonstrates solid engineering knowledge, financial acumen, leadership skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to work independently.

Experience:
Experience with energy control technologies in technical role with demonstrated
commercial aptitude or product line managementAdditional formal training in specialized areas such as Product Management, Strategic Selling and large account management

Education:

Experience:

License & Certifications:
