Position Overview

The Product Specialist is a dynamic role focused on establishing the vision and direction through all phases of the product lifecycle. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, this position drives execution in the areas of product strategy, development, and quality enhancement. With opportunities to contribute to impactful projects and deliver innovative solutions, this role offers a chance to shape the future of the product line and make a meaningful difference.

What you'll do

  • Develop relationships with cross-functional team members to support product lifecycle activities.
  • Assist in product strategy, development, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support project management tasks using tools and prioritization techniques.
  • Participate in new product development processes, including ideation, testing, and documentation.
  • Conduct research to understand trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate on financial management tasks such as sales reporting and forecasting.
  • Attend quality-focused meetings and contribute to sustaining product improvements.
  • Gather and analyze voice-of-customer data to inform product decisions.
  • All other duties as assigned

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, competitive analysis, product management and project management.
  • Experience or interest in consumer goods, apparel, outdoor products, and other tangible product industries are open to apply.
  • Knowledge of SAP and financial principles.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
  • Ability to analyze and compare competitive data.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) with adaptability to various situations.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple assignments across product lines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
