Position Overview
The Product Specialist is a dynamic role focused on establishing the vision and direction through all phases of the product lifecycle. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, this position drives execution in the areas of product strategy, development, and quality enhancement. With opportunities to contribute to impactful projects and deliver innovative solutions, this role offers a chance to shape the future of the product line and make a meaningful difference.
What you'll do
- Develop relationships with cross-functional team members to support product lifecycle activities.
- Assist in product strategy, development, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support project management tasks using tools and prioritization techniques.
- Participate in new product development processes, including ideation, testing, and documentation.
- Conduct research to understand trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate on financial management tasks such as sales reporting and forecasting.
- Attend quality-focused meetings and contribute to sustaining product improvements.
- Gather and analyze voice-of-customer data to inform product decisions.
- All other duties as assigned
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, competitive analysis, product management and project management.
- Knowledge of SAP and financial principles.
- Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
- Ability to analyze and compare competitive data.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) with adaptability to various situations.
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple assignments across product lines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
