We’re seeking a Product Research Intern to contribute to internal projects, and engage in learning and development opportunities. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about user research and user-centred design, eager to develop their craft as a researcher, and thrives in a fast paced, collaborative, and creative environment.
Some things you will be responsible for:
- Support research efforts by gathering relevant data and identifying key insights to inform design decisions
- Develop a strong foundation in research methodologies and analytical techniques used in UX research
- Learn how to interpret and synthesize data to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights
- Understand the role of KPIs in guiding design decisions and measuring success
- Participate in creative workshops and brainstorming sessions to contribute research-driven perspectives
- Gain experience in presenting research findings by transforming complex data into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders
- Learn to articulate the value of user research in shaping design outcomes and business strategy
- Assist in refining presentations and storytelling to ensure research insights are effectively communicated
- Engage in continuous learning opportunities to strengthen research skills and industry knowledge
- Participate in Multiplayer's internal bootcamp to further your learning and understand how we work

- Recent graduate from a design research/ service design/ adjacent program or a career transitioner with skills applicable to the fields of research/ strategy
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage time and deadlines effectively
- Understanding of user-centred design principles
- $28/hour
