Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define AI solution requirements through stakeholder collaboration, aligning business needs with technical feasibility.
  • Prioritize and manage the AI product backlog, focusing on high-value, paired data scientist/engineer initiatives.
  • Oversee the AI initiative pipeline, balancing strategic goals with early production integration and immediate needs.
  • Drive product development by writing and accepting Epics, contributing to User Story creation, and ensuring clear roadmap communication.
  • Monitor product performance using data insights to improve deployment speed, maintainability, and ROI.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, advocate for collaborative development, and ensure delivery within budget.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of product owner experience, preferably on data-driven, AI/ML solutions in agile environments.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing machine learning or deep learning applications (Preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage product backlogs and deliver value through prioritized, paired development.
  • Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of agile/scrum, including paired programming principles
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively with technical and business teams
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and analyze performance metrics, including code quality/deployment efficiency

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,400.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
