The Product Owner will drive product value by defining the "what" and "why," translating user needs into prioritized features and user stories. They will manage the agile backlog and collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact solutions quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop deep functional and technical understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Customer Insights and Journeys modules; serve as the subject matter expert
- Work with business stakeholders to define product requirements and shape the product roadmap
- Author features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Gain deep understanding of sales and marketing business processes related to owned products
Required Skills
- Experience using Dynamics 365 CRM - Customer Engagement & Customer Insights and Journeys modules
- Skilled in defining product requirements, building product roadmaps, and writing user stories
- Proven ability to own products end-to-end through their lifecycle
- Leadership, consensus-building, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Effective collaboration and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and reporting capabilities
