These features may span isolated products or subdomains within larger platforms, often requiring coordination across multiple owners.
This role is ideal for someone who has embraced AI from the outset and is eager to lead the next phase of AI-augmented product development — not by writing code, but by driving clarity, speed, and strategic alignment across teams.

- Incorporate feature requests into product planning and roadmap via the intake process.
- Conduct cross-team feature refinement sessions.
- Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria.

- Develop and present proof-of-concepts (POCs) for AI options — including when AI is not the right solution.
- Understand how AI coworkers integrate with broader systems — they won’t live in isolation, and you’ll help ensure they work across platforms and APIs.
- Contribute to the evolution of knowledge bases and LLMs that support AI agents over time.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
- Confidently communicate across engineering, product, and business teams — balancing workshopping, training, and selling the vision.
- Partner with technical leads and architects to align product delivery with feasibility and scalability.
- Identify blockers and inefficiencies that slow down delivery and propose scalable solutions.
- Maintain a bias toward action — quickly validate ideas to inform how we scale.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
- Technical fluency in software development concepts — especially around APIs, integrations, and web technologies.
- Experience with Data Mapping, API Integration, JSON, REST APIs; JSONPath is a plus.
- Understanding of cloud-native systems (preferably Azure).
- Exposure to AI-augmented delivery models or low-code platforms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to move fast — with a mindset of “build quickly, then scale smartly.”
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to simplify complex decisions.
