In a world where products are launched but impact is elusive, we're seeking a visionary Product Operations Leader to bridge the gap between strategy and tangible outcomes. This isn't just a role-it's a transformative position that will reshape how we deliver value.

You will build the scalable, repeatable system that transforms strategy into shipped value-creating an environment with fewer handoffs, faster cycles, clearer decisions, and measurable outcomes that delight our customers and drive our business forward.

• The Product Operating System: You'll design and orchestrate the organization-wide rituals, standards, and quality bars that turn chaos into clarity and ideas into impact.

• Cross-Functional Bridges: You'll craft seamless interfaces between Engineering/Data Science/Operations/Product Management and Sales/GTM, ensuring that value flows smoothly from conception to customer.

• The Path to Launch: You'll establish a governance framework with meaningful gates and crystal-clear definitions of Ready/Done that everyone rallies behind.

• AI-Enabled Innovation: You'll pioneer cutting-edge workflows like prompt-to-PRD, prompt-to-prototype, and "vibe coding" that accelerate our product development while maintaining quality.

• Insight Engines: You'll build the frameworks for measurement, learning, and experimentation that transform data into decisions.

• Strategic Resource Allocation: You'll provide the signals and systems for capacity planning and portfolio management that ensure we're always investing in our highest-impact opportunities.

• Transformation Programs: You'll lead initiatives that elevate our AI adoption and data strategy, creating a competitive advantage in our market.
  

• Architect the Operating System that synchronizes our product teams like a well-tuned orchestra, with reviews, roadmaps, and decision forums that drive clarity and momentum.

• Elevate Our Artifacts to a new standard-crafting narratives, outcome-oriented PRDs, and decision logs that inspire action and alignment.

• Make "Vibe Coding" Our Secret Weapon-embedding quick demonstrations and prototypes before PRD sign-off to eliminate ambiguity and spark creativity.

• Turn AI into Our Competitive Edge by creating prompt libraries, prototyping patterns, and human-in-loop guardrails that accelerate our pace of innovation.

• Create Frictionless Interfaces across the organization with field-readiness pipelines, responsive feedback loops, and quality acceptance criteria that eliminate bottlenecks.

• Transform Measurement into Insight through North Star metrics, instrumentation gates, and an experiment cadence that turns data into learning.

• Champion Launch Excellence by orchestrating cross-functional readiness gates (Product, Data, Support, PMM, Risk) that ensure every launch exceeds expectations.

• Cultivate Portfolio Health by implementing capacity signals, risk monitoring, and plan-to-actual tracking that keeps us focused on what matters.

• Drive Strategic Transformation through our AI adoption roadmap, data governance uplift, and executive communications that showcase our progress and possibilities.

• Empower Others to Excel by coaching PMs and partners on templates, decision hygiene, and demo-first storytelling that elevates everyone's capabilities.

• For Product Managers: You'll free them from operational overhead, enabling them to focus on the strategy and customer insights that drive innovation.

• For Leadership: You'll create the connective tissue between business objectives and execution, providing visibility into progress and confidence in outcomes.

The salary for this position is based on an array of factors unique to each candidate: Such as years and depth of experience, set skills, certifications, etc. We are hiring for different levels and the base salary can range from $180k-$230k+ based on your assessed level. Compensation also includes meaningful equity, healthcare, unlimited PTO, and more.
