Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Product Operations Manager (Senior, or Lead) reporting to the Delivery and Product Operations Manager within Boeing Digital Services. The position is located in Englewood, CO or Seattle, WA.
The Product Operations Lead defines and scales Prod Ops practices to align digital products with customer outcomes and business strategy. Leading collaboration across product, design, software development, go-to-market teams and others, the role ensures Boeing Digital Services' digital portfolio is future-ready, customer-focused, and innovation driven.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide Prod Ops leadership within a multi-disciplinary Delivery and Product Operations organization
- Partner with product leadership to translate business strategy and customer needs into operating models, portfolio priorities, and measurable outcomes.
- Establish product governance and cadence: portfolio planning, roadmap review, dependency management, release windows, and post-release reviews.
- Support customer value realization through definition and tracking of KPIs/OKRs, creation of a single source of truth for product metrics, and standardization of experiment analysis; linking product delivery to customer success and business growth.
- Partner with tool owners and engineering teams to advance tooling and automation for product workflows.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and support risk mitigation for large, multi-team programs within Digital Services; coordinate dependency resolution and agreed escalation paths in collaboration with partner teams.
- Develop and collaborate on enablement programs, onboarding materials, playbooks, templates, and operating-level agreements within and across Digital Services.
- Support the cultural adoption of data-driven decision-making and experimentation across Digital Services, collaborating with teams to embed these practices.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to product managers, program leaders and analysts across Boeing Digital Services to raise capability in product thinking.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in product discovery, product management, product operations, program management, or related function in software/SaaS/embedded product environments.
- Demonstrated success scaling Prod Ops or equivalent functions at growth/scale-stage technology organizations.
- Strong experience supporting lifecycle and release management and cross-team program delivery across multiple product streams.
- Proven analytical rigor: comfortable defining metrics, partnering with analytics/data teams, and driving data-informed decisions.
- Practical familiarity with product tooling ecosystems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior leaders and present to executive audiences.
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
- 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience with experimentation/A-B testing governance and statistical best practices.
- Background in platform or infrastructure product management, tooling development, or engineering.
- SW Development, SW architecture experience and fluency with related concepts.
- Technical fluency with data engineering/science concepts, evidence of close partnership experience with data teams.
